The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of property tax accounts, contribute to automation initiatives, and support strategic tax planning efforts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Tasks: * Oversee the annual property tax compliance process for a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from small filings to complex industrial properties, in a high-volume environment * Analyze assessment notices to identify and pursue appeal opportunities * Process assessment notices and tax bills using property tax software (e.g., OPT, formerly OneSource) * Contribute to automation initiatives and process improvement efforts within the Property Tax team * Assist in managing exemptions, PILOT agreements, and incentive programs * Coordinate communications with tax authorities and third-party stakeholders
