We’re seeking a passionate and career-driven Property Manager to join our high-performing team, managing a portfolio of industrial assets across Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a global organisation that values collaboration, excellence, and client-first service.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing two precinct-style industrial assets (with some office space), working closely with just two key clients. You’ll be supported by two experienced Senior Facilities Managers and an Assistant Property Manager.
**Here’s a snapshot of your day;**
• Oversee the performance of property management and building services operations across the industrial portfolio
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, occupiers, and operational teams, ensuring lease compliance, renewals, rent reviews, and legal documentation
• Prepare detailed monthly reporting packs for property owners
• Monitor financial transactions, authorise payments, and manage debt collection
**Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;**
• Proven experience in property management, ideally within industrial assets
• Strong client management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Solid financial acumen, including understanding of accrual accounting and financial reporting
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building capability
• Valid driver’s licence and Certificate of Registration
