Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Senior Property Manager and you will use your professional experience in real estate management/facility management and building services engineering to support our properties and new factory building.


Job Responsibilities:

You will act as the owner’s representative for our properties and new factory building, serving as the main point of contact for our internal customers. Accordingly, you will manage all internal and external leasing and rental activities for Siemens Healthineers at Oxford and locations surrounding area.For all matters relating to real estate, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external users and manage the external service providers used in day-to-day business.In close internal coordination with all real estate departments and the facility management department at the locations, you will be jointly responsible for tenders, renovations and conversions, and occupancy planning for the properties.You will be responsible for maintenance/budget planning for the properties you manage and ensure implementation in accordance with budget specifications. You will also lead real estate projects independently.

Your Skills & Experience:

You hold a successfully completed degree in real estate management or property/facility management with a focus on building services engineering.You have many years of professional experience in real estate management/facility management and building services engineering, particularly in leading construction projects.You have extensive experience in real estate projects, such as developing industrial space concepts or the planning of larger relocation projects, and can adapt to different customer groups.You have gained intensive project management experience in property management and are capable of taking (partial) responsibility in projects beyond your usual scope.You possess in-depth knowledge of building services engineering, building automation, building management systems, fire protection, and project planning as well as their monitoring.You have a solid knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and CAD and are also able to quickly familiarize yourself with our real estate software environment.
