If you want to discover a career with greater purpose, join us as we transform and accelerate research and development.Job Summary:Provide day-to-day operational support to the Project Manager and study team by completing routine project procedures across the full study lifecycle, from start-up through close-out. Ensure all work is performed in line with standard operating procedures, policies, and good practices.What You'll Be Doing:Support study setup and planning by attending meetings, preparing minutes and action logs, and drafting protocol-specific laboratory instruction documentsUnder Project Manager supervision, help set up protocol-specific Laboratory Centralized Monitoring requirementsPerform routine study maintenance tasks including site loading, Investigator Portal access support, kit shipment coordination, and monitoring day-to-day study performancePartner with internal and external teams to drive timely resolution of queries, protocol questions, issues, and escalationsUse status reports and monitoring outputs to proactively identify trends and provide feedback on investigator site performance and service deliverySupport document quality control reviews and contribute to monitoring plans, reports, and protocol-specific materialsCoordinate stakeholder communications and lead customer communications when the Project Manager is absentSupport project close-out activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives, SOP updates, and ad hoc high-priority tasksWhat We Are Looking For:High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or related field preferred1 year of experience coordinating studies in a clinical research environment1 year of experience in project management methodologiesExperience using investigator portals and study tracking/status reporting tools to monitor study performance and site activityProficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (word processing, presentations, and spreadsheets)Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including strong written and verbal EnglishExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple competing prioritiesDemonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environmentWhat We Offer You:We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.
