Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager - Water to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this key role, you will lead and oversee complex water infrastructure projects, ensuring their successful planning, execution, and delivery. + Lead and manage medium to large-scale water infrastructure projects from conception to completion + Develop and maintain project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectations + Provide technical leadership and expertise in water treatment technologies and infrastructure design + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions + Prepare and review technical documents, including memoranda, planning studies, and design specifications + Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development and client relationship management + Ensure compliance with local and international water regulations and standards + Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development + Represent the company at industry conferences and professional organizations + Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the water sector **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering; Master's degree preferred + Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification + Minimum 15 years of experience in water infrastructure projects; 20+ years preferred + Proven track record in managing complex water projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation + Strong technical knowledge of water treatment technologies and infrastructure design + Experience in project delivery methods, including traditional and alternative approaches (e.g., Progressive Design Build) + Familiarity with water regulations and compliance standards in the UAE and internationally + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills + Proficiency in project management software and tools + Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities + Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results + Ability to build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development efforts + Willingness to travel as required for project needs + Knowledge of the local water industry in Dubai and the UAE is highly desirable **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
