Wood is recruiting for a Project Manager to join its Operations Americas business focusing on Oil & Gas BU to support EPC offshore Top-sides projects.  This opportunity is onsite in Metairie, LA.

The Role

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project—from planning and execution through monitoring and control—ensuring that project objectives are achieved safely, on time, and within budget, the successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee engineering deliverables, and serve as a key point of contact with the client. 

A critical success factor in this role is the ability to effectively manage communication, build strong relationships, and deliver consistent value to the client. In addition, the Project Manager will oversee and coordinate the activities of the EP contractor, sub-frame contractor, construction contractor, and client, ensuring alignment and seamless execution across all parties.

The initial project is expected to be 6 months to 1 year with the potential additional projects to follow.
