We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the project, focused on supply chain optimization through DC unification and collapse. This role requires strong project management expertise and a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and governance.
• Drive performance and engagement across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate DC unification/collapse activities and ensure operational readiness during go-live.
• Communicate effectively with director-level stakeholders and external partners.
• Prepare for potential pivot to SAP S/4HANA conversion projects in FY26.

Skills and Requirements
• 7–10 years of experience:
o 3–4 years in supply chain or IT operations.
o 2–5 years in project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex supply chain projects and system conversions.
• Strong knowledge of:
o Supply chain lifecycle (inventory strategy, SKU assortment, DC collapse).
o Project governance and tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to convey complex ideas concisely.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions. • Background in inventory management or ERP systems.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (not required for Tempo but valuable for future projects).
