Senior Project Manager - Salesforce Enhancement

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and driven Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce-related initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional projects that enhance our CRM capabilities, support digital transformation, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. The Salesforce Project Manager will oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and communications to ensure successful project outcomes aligned with company objectives. Minimal travel may be required.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and deployment of new features, enhancements, and functionalities within the Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with IT, business teams, and external partners to define requirements, design solutions, and develop implementation plans.
Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Champion digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to adopt modern tools and technologies that drive operational efficiency.
Guide cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment, understanding, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Document new or improved business processes to support project deliverables and enhance CRM workflows.
Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce errors across Salesforce and integrated systems.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
Evaluate and implement AI-powered solutions to automate tasks, improve forecasting, and enhance overall decision-making.
Develop and maintain the Salesforce enhancement roadmap and oversee a portfolio of Salesforce initiatives.
Track project and program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Monitor project progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Communicate project expectations, updates, and outcomes clearly and professionally to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment of expectations, identifying concerns, and driving consensus across teams.

Skills and Requirements
Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (CS, Engineering, Math, or similar) and PMP certification required
Project Leadership: 5+ years leading complex, cross‑functional, strategic project portfolios with proven delivery success
Salesforce Expertise: 5+ years working with the Salesforce platform, with strong knowledge of Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Cloud and modern integration patterns
Technical & Tools Proficiency: Experience with PM tools (Jira, MS Project), CRM systems, data/AI technologies, and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts
Analytical & Process Skills: Strong problem‑solving, time management, and process design/documentation capabilities
