As the Sr. Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects that collectively contribute to the development of a clinical knee application. In your role, you will ensure R&D projects are completed on time/cost & budget. Direct, manage, monitor, and control projects. Develop a strong business case and evaluate tradeoffs within a project. + Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage, and own project scope. Create a detailed Work Breakdown Structure. + Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart. Analyze critical paths, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones. Own the project schedule. + Collaborate with cross-functional managers to define project budgets. Monitor and maintain costs within budget. + Partner with the project team to create Quality Plans using 2-3 quality planning tools and techniques. Monitor and maintain plans. + Develop a project risk management plan. Identify, analyze, and understand project risks; develop and monitor a risk response plan. + Estimate, acquire, and assign cross-functional project resources. Define each team member's role, responsibility, and deliverables. + Provide direct feedback to the functional manager on performance reviews. + Develop a Stakeholder management plan for the project based on identifying, analyzing, and understanding Stakeholder expectations. **What you need** **Required Qualifications:** + Minimum Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or related discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management) + Minimum 6 years of work experience within engineering or manufacturing, with 2+ years of Project Management leadership experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + Utilization of Agile and rolling-wave or waterfall planning methodology + PMP or equivalent preferred $100,500.00 - $215,300.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
