Deposita, an Allied Universal® Company, is hiring a Senior Retail Solutions Project Manager. The Senior Retail Solutions Project Manager is responsible for administering the Retail Solutions systems contract and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements; he or she will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This position will act as the G4S liaison with the client, customers, and employees. This position is also responsible for providing management oversight and driving operational accountability through effective change management and leadership development processes. The Project Manager will coordinate efforts of team members and third-party contractors and will define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Determine and understand specific customer expectations; effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashionPlan and schedule project timelines; direct project, defining scope, goals and deadlines, project plans and associated documentsIdentify and resolve issues; liaise with project stakeholders; proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plansIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical path; analyze data to determine project success; determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary, during project cycleDelegate and follow-upon task assignments and achievement; plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; track project milestones and deliverablesPrepare project plans and associated documents; develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentationsMake critical field installation decisions that may require additional resources than were planned due to emergent conditionsDevelop best practices and tools for project execution and managementDefine project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycleDetermine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyst results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalentMinimum of ten (10) years of work experience in project management to include oversight of all aspects of process development and executionExperience in systems integration, preferably in a corporate environmentAbility to effectively prioritize and execute task in a high-pressure environment Ability to confirm to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to learn, understand, and apply new technologiesEffective oral and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office ApplicationsProblem solvingActive listeningEncourage effective teamworkAssess and evaluate situations effectively Identify critical issues quickly and accuratelyCompile, sort, and interpret dataWrite informatively, clearly, and accurately Setting and achieving goalsTeamworkAttention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate’s degree pr above in business administration, marketing, or computer technology related fieldProject Management Certifications
