The **Senior Project Manager – Recruitment Systems and Capabilities** sits within the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA COE) and plays a critical role in advancing the **Colleague Experience Group (CEG) strategy** by modernizing, optimizing, and continuously improving recruitment systems and capabilities. This role owns the ongoing evolution of our recruitment technology ecosystem, with a strong focus on **Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)** . The role ensures recruitment platforms deliver a simplified, integrated, and data-driven experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring leaders, while maintaining strong governance, controls, and compliance Operating at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, Product, Technology, and Risk, this role acts as a **business systems and delivery lead** , translating business and user needs into scalable system enhancements and supporting senior leadership decision-making through insights, metrics, and external benchmarking. **Key Responsibilities** + **Recruitment Systems Ownership:** Own and continuously enhance recruitment systems, with primary accountability for **Oracle Recruiting Cloud** , ensuring platforms deliver a simplified, integrated, and compliant experience. + **Requirements & Solution Delivery:** Act as a senior business systems lead by gathering user requirements, translating needs into functional specifications, and partnering with Product and Technology teams to design, validate, test, and deploy system enhancements. + **Program & Stakeholder Management:** Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across TA, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Change partners, managing dependencies, risks, and timelines. + **Process Optimization & Automation:** Identify and prioritize opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, reduce manual effort through automation, and improve recruiter, hiring leader, and candidate experience. + **Release & Change Management:** Manage ongoing platform evolution, including Oracle quarterly releases, ensuring effective impact assessment, prioritization, adoption, and change readiness. + **Data-Driven Insights & Executive Support:** Develop metrics, track KPIs, and synthesize system data, user feedback, and external benchmarking to support leadership decision-making and demonstrate measurable outcomes. + **Change Leadership:** Support adoption and sustained use of recruitment capabilities by enabling stakeholders to anticipate, embrace, and lead change. **Required Qualifications** + 5 years of professional experience in project management, systems implementation, or product delivery. + Demonstrated experience working within **Talent Acquisition or HR technology environments.** + Strong business systems analysis skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, and validation. + Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders in a large, global organization. + Exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and influence outcomes. + Excellent presentation skills and executive presence, with experience supporting senior leadership. **Preferred Qualifications** + Hands-on experience implementing, supporting, or enhancing **Oracle Recruiting Cloud** (strongly preferred). + Experience within a Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence or HR product organization. + Direct experience managing **quarterly Oracle releases** and post-implementation optimization. + Familiarity with recruitment compliance, governance, and risk considerations. + Experience leveraging external benchmarking to inform system or process strategy. + Background in large-scale transformation, modernization, or platform optimization initiatives. **Qualifications** Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
