Overview:
Merkle Senior Project Managers on our Promotion and Loyalty team manage scope, budget, timeline, risks, and expectations throughout the development of our projects. You will provide daily management, and control of program activities and provide program leadership across the organization. You will partner with our Client Services team and work across all the disciplines- creative, front and back-end development, quality assurance, and strategy and insights.
Description and Responsibilities:
Provide guidance to cross-functional Delivery teams.
Monitor project progress against the proposed plans including budgets, timelines, quality criteria and risk management.
Represent the client's needs to internal team members.
Identify or clarifies issues with projects and make recommendations to resolve issues.
Be an internal quality control check for all projects to ensure they meet client requirements.
Describe client requirements, collaborate in the development of deliverables, support the ongoing activities of client projects.
Solve daily problems and determining when to escalate issues.
Identify and document program strategies, business requirements, technical requirements, and timelines support of our client deliverables, revenue targets and company strategy/goals.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience managing technical or digital projects
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience with internet applications and technologies
Familiarity with Business Intelligence and Analytics
Familiarity with Project Management and Time Tracking tools
Experience managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Firm knowledge of Internet technologies to best exploit the capabilities of our products and services
The annual salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
