Senior Project Manager Procurement Excellence (m/f/d)

The Danfoss Power Solutions Procurement Organisation is looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) based at one of our locations in Denmark or Germany who will be responsible for implementing global initiatives and projects thought the Segment Procurement Organisation.

It will be your responsibility to represent the Power Solutions Procurement Organisation in global projects, to develop, coordinate, implement and drive adoption.  Projects will largely focus on various forms of digitalization of data, tools and processes, and you will work with experts within the Supply Chain, IT, Procurement and your colleagues with the Business Support team to provide additional efficiencies and value

 

You will be part of the Business Support Team with a focus enabling the Procurement function to increase efficiency, effectiveness and impact.  You are self-driven, result orientated and tenacious, you enjoy creating constructive working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders. What You’ll Be Doing Work within cross functional/cross segment teams to identify, drive and implement new initiatives Act as the bridge between business requirements and technical project team specialists Facilitate data gathering and idea generation workshops Responsible Project Manager on selected projects Secure the latest insights and intel to your areas of responsibility, and secure the right level of communication to relevant parties. Supporting the internal “promotion” of Operations – sharing best practice examples, news, etc. Act as informal leader with no leadership mandate and be comfortable in this role. What We're Looking For

 

University degree (or similar educational background) & min. 5 years equivalent working experience interest and understanding of digitalization tools and processes Great analytical skills and data skills with the attention to details Experience in working both globally and cross-functionally Fluent English & excellent communication as well as relationship-building skills What You'll Get from Us
