**_Senior Project Manager - REMOTE_**
_Remote - Salary is_ **_$130,000-$160,000_** _depending on experience Primary Accountability:_
_As a Senior Project Manager at Ultimate LLC, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, earning their trust by bringing their projects to life with clear communication, problem-solving, and strong leadership. You’ll guide your team and oversee all phases of the project life cycle, ensuring clarity, accountability, and timely delivery. We’re excited to meet you and see how your expertise will drive our success in delivering exceptional material handling solutions. In this role, you will:_
+ Coordinate all phases of the project life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
+ Develop schedules using Microsoft Project that accurately reflect project scope, align with priorities, and define the critical path.
+ Lead the direction, coordination, implementation, and execution of projects using life-cycle management processes to meet commitments and goals.
+ Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring role clarity, support, accountability, and transparency, while reviewing projects and resources weekly to optimize alignment.
+ Gather and define project requirements from internal and/or external teams and translate them to technical teams.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align resources with project needs and address gaps.
+ Set clear expectations for the team to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring organizational transparency, accountability, and risk mitigation.
+ Build strong relationships with team members at all levels to foster collaboration and transparency.
+ Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for large-scale projects.
+ Oversee and maintain project budgets and cash flow, addressing billing issues as they arise.
We’re Excited About You Because:
+ You have 10+ years of Project Management experience in Material Handling Equipment (MHE), with 6+ years focused on parcel projects.
+ You hold a PMP certification.
+ You can manage a team through all phases of a $40+ million material handling project.
+ You’re proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Calendar).
+ You communicate clearly and accurately in both written and verbal forms.
+ You’re a team player who prioritizes collaboration and the greater good.
+ You possess superior multitasking capabilities.
+ You adapt effectively to changing work environments, structures, or requirements.
+ You’re focused on achieving objectives for yourself and your team.
+ You can coordinate technical requirements with non-technical personnel.
Physical Demands:
+ Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.

+ Ability to read computer screens, email, and talk on the phone.
+ Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at assigned desk area.

Work Environment:
+ Professional and deadline-oriented environment in an office setting.
+ Interaction with team members and clients in both remote and on-site locations.
+ Occasional in- and out-of-state travel with some overnight stays as needed.
+ Periodic weekend or evening work is expected.
