Position Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for running various projects and supervising critical program achievements. The role is critical in ensuring smooth program execution. The job holder will collaborate with a wide range of partners within various Global Functions and Business Groups, ensuring a coordinated approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible to lead & implement assigned projectsPrepare and maintain project plans and define resultsEmploy the fit for purpose methodology for each projectResolve sophisticated issues and manage critical path processes as it relates to project deliveryIdentify and handle risks, issues, actions and decisions –point of contact for critical issues.Influence key program partners and ensure successful the program implementation across workstreams and business groupsFacilitation of recurring program meetingsDetailing and communicating the status and results of the projectsCapturing project information and ensure clear communication of the outcome of the meeting (risks, issues, actions and decisions)Review project deliverables to ensure timely completion of milestonesLead regular reporting cadence and ad-hoc reports – including leadership reports & presentations

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably business relatedProject Management/Sigma/Kaizen certification highly desirable5+ years of solid experience managing complex, global programs and project initiatives,GBS experience is preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Proficiency in English (verbal and written)Robust project management skills and capabilities (planning tools, defining deliverables, business case and baseline development)Demonstrated experience in successfully leading complex, multidimensional projectsAbility to work independently, within a team, and collaboratively across teamsCapable of prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
