Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience as a Project Manager, of which three years should be within advanced technical sectors, such as defense/security/R&D. A post-graduate qualification or certification in project/technology/engineering management (e.g. PRINCE2/PMP) is mandatory. Experience and/or knowledge of software/systems engineering, information security or cybersecurity A proven track record in managing and delivering projects within highly regulated environments (e.g. public sector). Demonstrated experience in managing complex stakeholder dynamics and multidisciplinary projects. Sound experience in managing a team of multi-disciplinary professionals. Demonstrate systematic and structured approach to project management. Demonstrate knowledge and experience of the day-to-day operations of a project. Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently. Analytical thinking for complex problem resolution.
