Your Profile:

Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Accounting, or a comparable qualificationCertified project management qualification is an advantageSeveral years of professional experience in operational controlling or accounting functionsExtensive experience in project management within complex organizational environmentsSeveral years of functional or disciplinary leadership experienceBroad experience in international collaboration within cross-functional teamsExperience in IT projects, particularly in agile environments, is an advantageIndependent, solution-oriented, pragmatic, and focused working style, even under time pressureHigh level of commitment, resilience, and willingness to embrace changeCuriosity for new topics and a strong commitment to continuous learningStrong ability to analyze complex problems and explain them clearly and transparentlyDecision-making capabilityPersuasive and assertive team playerStrong communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantageConfident presence in presentationsBroad, hands-on controlling expertise across various areas, e.g., investment controlling, operational controlling in R&D, MSC, and Commercial OperationsAccounting knowledge and understanding of IFRSKnowledge of financial systemsAdvanced Excel skillsWorking knowledge of SAP Finance (advanced knowledge is an advantage)Working knowledge of planning software, e.g., AnaplanProficiency in PowerPoint and Word
