Senior Project Manager AD&C Luxury & Lifestyle Renovations

As Senior Project Manager Luxury & Lifestyle Renovations reporting to the Senior Director Lifestyle Architecture & Construction, you will focus on project managing hotel renovations across Hilton's Luxury and Lifestyle portfolio.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

Provide end-to-end project management oversight for all Luxury & Lifestyle renovation projects required under a Product Improvement Plan (PIP) or Fixed Renovation Cycle Management (FRCM).Review design documentation including architectural drawings, specifications, construction submittals, and shop drawings.Conduct site visits to assess works in progress, provide clear and constructive feedback, and support formal approvals and approval milestones.Guide, influence, and elevate the design direction of renovation, ensuring outcomes align with brand expectations and enhance the guest experience.Maintain accurate internal reporting and inform stakeholders of project status, risks, and key milestones.

How you will collaborate with others:

Partner with owners, project teams, and hotel teams throughout the design and construction phases.Position AD&C as a trusted partner by building relationships with internal and external partners throughout the renovation cycle.

What you will take ownership of:

Manage a substantial portfolio of operating hotel renovation projects, including both PIP and FRCM.Take ownership of designated Ownership group accounts, serving as the primary contact for all current and future renovations.

You have these minimum qualifications:

Five (5) years experience managing projects in development - design, construction or renovationsExperience with hospitality design, construction or renovationTravel up to 40%

It would be useful if you have:

BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or Construction related fieldLicenses or Certificates such as Architect, Engineer, Interior Designer (NCIDQ), Project Manager (PMP)Experience with BluebeamDesign impactful, visually engaging presentations and present them to influence and inform stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and owners
