As a Senior Project Planner, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
 

As a Senior Project Planner, you will be responsible for:
 

Ensuring overall project ownership and responsibility for coordinating a multiple person OTR matrix team (Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance and Services)Clarifying and communicate expectations to project team members and stakeholders.Presenting to Senior Leadership on Project status, key risks, costs vs budget etcBeing the primary customer contact for the duration of each projectManaging a network of internal and external resources (including contractors) in support of project executionHandling project risk management processes and developing and implementing project controls processes and tools.Leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously , negotiate change orders with the customersRepresenting Baker Hughes professionally during all customer communications, Own and deliver risk management plans

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have a Bachelor's in Engineering/Technical InstituteHave Proven 10 yr of industrial experience, with 5 yr of Project delivery and execution experienceBe likely to have Project Management Cert (PMP)Have leadership experience and skills, Cooperation and interface management skillsHave proven good analytical and problem-solving skillsHave understanding of basic financial concepts, Profit, Loss and Margin.Have knowledge and experience within Offshore/Service Operations.Have knowledge and experience of Oracle ERP
