**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Lead simple and complex, cross-functional projects from intake through execution, stabilization, and handoff.
+ Define goals, success metrics, scope, timelines, and resource needs aligned to priorities.
+ Integrate project, process, and change management into a single delivery approach.
+ Manage dependencies, risks, and issues; drive timely resolution and escalation when needed.
+ Facilitate design and alignment sessions with business, IT, and operations partners.
+ Provide clear, proactive communication to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
+ Mentor and guide other PMs or process partners on delivery best practices.

You excel at influencing senior stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams, and making decisions that balance priorities, risks, and business outcomes. You thrive in complex environments and are passionate about driving measurable improvements across operations.
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, engineering, or MIS.
+ 7+ years of experience in program/project management, operations, or process management roles.
+ Proven success leading large, complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
+ Strong stakeholder influence skills combined with excellent executive-level communication.
+ Experience partnering with Operations, IT, and Product teams.
+ Strong change leadership capability.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certifications.
+ Demonstrated ability to assess business value, recommend prioritization, and design scalable processes.
+ Experience defining governance, methodology, and communication strategies for enterprise-level programs.
+ Ability to evaluate and recommend policy or process options aligned to organizational goals
