**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Lead simple and complex, cross-functional projects from intake through execution, stabilization, and handoff. + Define goals, success metrics, scope, timelines, and resource needs aligned to priorities. + Integrate project, process, and change management into a single delivery approach. + Manage dependencies, risks, and issues; drive timely resolution and escalation when needed. + Facilitate design and alignment sessions with business, IT, and operations partners. + Provide clear, proactive communication to stakeholders and executive sponsors. + Mentor and guide other PMs or process partners on delivery best practices. **Who You Are:** + You are a strategic and autonomous program leader capable of shaping governance and delivery approaches for high-impact initiatives.
