This role provides comprehensive project management support for complex operational, IT, and business initiatives. Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects; maintaining accurate documentation and status reporting; and ensuring timely delivery of milestones and tasks. The position involves defining scope, success criteria, and key metrics in collaboration with stakeholders, monitoring costs and resources, and escalating risks as needed. Additionally, the role promotes best practices in project management, facilitates knowledge sharing, and fosters stakeholder relationships. It also includes guiding and mentoring colleagues to build skills and confidence, while driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and feedback.
