The role includes managing and assisting with the overall coordination, collaboration, and development of the brown field hotel project for one of the well-known hotel brands.

About the Role:

Develop/manage client relationships for effective understanding and leverage of client requirementsCoordinate with the consultant to get their deliverables on time.Pre-qualification of vendors and conduct tender events.Coordinate with the contractors for completion of the project on time and within the budget.Performance analysis of the contractors and provide MIS reports to the client.Manage the internal team and develop the client relationship for future business.
