This is a Hybrid role that will require onsite presence in the client's offices a minimum of three days per week in New York City. This position falls under the Project Management function, you will be responsible for the management of projects from strategic planning through initiation and completion. **What You’ll Do:** Be responsible for all aspects of commercial real estate projects for a large tech client including but not limited to Project execution and management, procurement and resource management as well as leadership, communications and strategies. **Project Execution and Management** + Directly manage all aspects of multiple real estate projects, including strategy, planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. + Partner with clients to develop essential project elements, including the scope of work, resource requirements for delivery, cost estimates & budget, cash flow management, schedule & milestones, quality control measures, and risk identification and mitigation strategies. + Comprehensive Stakeholder and Vendor management throughout the project lifecycle. + Facilitate the creation of project-specific charters with integrated timelines. + Ensure all project disciplines remain on schedule and proactively resolve or escalate issues. + Lead regular project status meetings for both active and pending projects. + Collaborate with the team to develop and implement solutions, guiding and driving the project through completion. **Procurement and Resource Management** + Define required project delivery resources and build the project consultant team by selecting from pre-qualified lists or initiating the project qualification process. + Conduct complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs), complete thorough bid evaluations, and present resource recommendations to the client. **Leadership, Communication, and Strategic Impact** + Apply advanced expertise to research and develop innovative methods for achieving both individual and departmental objectives. + Demonstrate deep knowledge in your own job discipline while maintaining a strong understanding of other functions within the organization. + Drive achievement of client, operational, project, and service objectives across multi-discipline teams. + Contribute to the development of new products, processes, standards, and operational plans to support the achievement of functional goals. Monitor the training and development of junior team members, measure success, and conduct performance evaluations. + Coordinate and manage your team's roles and responsibilities, assign tasks, and manage work loads. + Mentor and coach others to develop comprehensive knowledge and expertise across most, or all project management functional areas. **What You’ll Need:** + Education and Experience: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 10-12 years of relevant experience. The minimum salary for this position is $145,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $170,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
