Our client, a major Oil and gas company, is looking for a IT Project Manager to work on a long term contract in Dallas, TX.
Role Overview:
The IT/OT Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives bridging Information Technology and Operational Technology. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills, experience in regulated environments, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks.
Key Responsibilities: Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for cybersecurity and IT/OT initiatives. Coordinate across IT, OT, compliance, and vendor teams. Track and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies. Prepare executive-level reporting and status updates. Support compliance, audit readiness, and risk register updates. Document and evaluate pilot programs for broader adoption. Required Experience & Skills: 5–7 years of IT/OT project management experience. Familiarity with cybersecurity domains (e.g., NIST, GDPR, SOX, TSA Pipeline SD, CMMC). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in regulated or complex IT/OT environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and project documentation. PMP certification preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s a plus. Preferred: Oil & Gas industry experience. Experience in industrial or refinery environments. Work Conditions: Primarily office-based with minimal travel (
