An Australian based Engineering consultancy with a portfolio of mining projects. Currently with existing and new projects to manage, are in need of an experienced Project Manager to add to the team.

The role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic and growing team, focusing on the delivery of gold and minerals processing projects. If you have a proven track record in the mining sector, particularly with gold projects, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the delivery of gold and minerals processing projects from inception to completion.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful execution of engineering solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all phases of the project.

Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks, progress, and mitigation strategies.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers and other project staff to achieve project goals

What you'll need to succeed

Must have: Experience managing gold processing projects in the mining industry.

A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Familiarity with industry-specific project management tools and software.
