We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Sr. Project Manager to join our IT team. This role is responsible for leading complex, high-impact projects that support our enterprise applications and Site IT teams for over 30+ global locations. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT projects, managing diverse teams, and effectively communicating with all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical IT projects, from strategy and planning to execution and delivery.
Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple, concurrent projects. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.Data Analysis and Reporting: Create and manage dashboards to visualize project progress, key metrics, and budget status. Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Process & Tool Development: Develop and implement new project management tools and processes to improve efficiency, standardization, and reporting across the team.Executive-Level Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication with senior leadership and key stakeholders. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling business summaries.Budget and Resource Oversight: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and make critical decisions on resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.Leadership: Lead by example and provide guidance and mentorship to other junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Qualifications
Experience: At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, enterprise-level projects. Experience in a multi-site or global organization is highly preferred.Technical Acumen: A strong understanding of IT concepts, including enterprise applications, infrastructure, and on-site support. Familiarity with various project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid approach.Analytical Skills: Proven ability to create reports, analyze data, and use insights to drive project decisions. Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Must be adept at building and leading cross-functional teams and resolving complex issues under pressure.Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade a wide range of stakeholders.Education & Certification: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. A Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other relevant certification is highly desirable.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

PAY RANGES
* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$101,700 - $151,900 USDIn the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time.
