Responsibilities: * Serve as Senior Program/Project Manager, coordinating tasks, teams, and deliverables * Define and execute goals, priorities, and performance metrics aligned with organizational objectives * Senior Project Manager will oversee all phases of release management, including design, development, testing, and deployment * Manage vendor performance and service delivery * Apply project management best practices and tools to drive efficiency and meet objectives * Maintain timelines and documentation, including risk tracking and SharePoint project sites * Lead governance activities and present change requests to executives * Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies * Monitor performance, contracts, milestones, and financials * Lead a team of 25+ across business, technical, and vendor roles * Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement * Adapt to shifting priorities and engage stakeholders to align expectations * As a Senior Project Manager, you will resolve conflicts and build consensus among diverse groups * Prepare status reports for leadership and external reporting * Manage financial processes and provide updates for capital planning
