In this role you will get to responsible for overseeing and analyzing the progress of high-profile property development projects across various stages. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in design interpretation, cost analysis, procurement, and execution strategies **What You'll Be Doing:** + Analyze project progress across concept, planning, design, procurement, and execution stages. + Support interpretation of architectural and engineering designs and compare to cost estimates. + Evaluate execution and procurement strategies for alignment with project goals and how cost optimizations can add value to the projects. + Review the suitability and feasibility of project plans and strategies to ensure successful delivery. + Identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings across the project lifecycle. + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with program objectives and how the designs and associated cost estimates align + Provide strategic input to improve project delivery frameworks and methodologies. + Conduct site visits to monitor execution and ensure compliance with design intent. + Work closely with the technical and cost consultant to produce the required outputs **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Minimum 20 years of experience in delivering large-scale property development projects. + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Cost Management. + Proven track record in managing complex projects from concept to completion. + Strong understanding of design, cost planning, procurement, and construction processes. + GCC experience is desirable. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. + Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. + Ability to be a member of a diverse team Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.
