Join us. **Job Description** + Lead the planning, design coordination, procurement, and delivery of vertical development packages, including high-rise and supertall structures. + Oversee the full project lifecycle, from design development through construction and handover, ensuring alignment with program objectives. + Drive constructability reviews, MMC implementation (e.g., modular construction, off-site manufacturing), and value engineering. + Coordinate across disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP, digital) to ensure integrated design and delivery. + Manage the performance of consultants, contractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, schedule, and budget. + Lead interface management across multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. + Proactively identify and mitigate risks affecting time, cost, quality, and safety. + Maintain high standards of HSE, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance throughout delivery. + Provide regular client updates, progress reports. + Support knowledge transfer and continuous improvement across the PMC delivery framework. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture is required. + PMP, PSP, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred. + Strong commercial and contractual awareness in large-scale project environments. + Minimum 20 years of experience in Design, construction or project management, with a significant focus on high-rise or complex mixed-use buildings. + Proven expertise in: + High-rise and supertall building delivery. + Constructability planning and reviews. + Modular construction and off-site manufacturing (MMC). + Strong understanding of design development, technical coordination, and multidisciplinary delivery. + Demonstrated leadership in managing consultants, contractors, and interface challenges in large-scale programs. + Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills. + Experience in mega/giga projects in the Middle East is preferred. + Familiarity with digital construction tools, BIM-based coordination, and program controls systems is advantageous. **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
