The growing Advanced Operations team in the new manufacturing site in Skawina is looking for a Senior Project Manager, to lead the innovative projects, bringing in latest products and technical solutions.

What you will do:

Lead the team in the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control project. Evaluate tradeoffs within project.

Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage and own project scope. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure.

Build successful working relationships with internal and external personnel in various departments.

Drive results in support of the business, even in the face of demanding timelines.

Understand and communicate how goals fit into broader organizational goals, and prioritize tasks/schedule accordingly.

What do you need:Degree in engineering

Proven depth of work experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment

Very good knowledge of English and Polish

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment

PMP or equivalent preferred

Travel Percentage: 20%
