The growing Advanced Operations team in the new manufacturing site in Skawina is looking for a Senior Project Manager, to lead the innovative projects, bringing in latest products and technical solutions. **What you will do:** + Lead the team in the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control project. Evaluate tradeoffs within project. + Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage and own project scope. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure. + Build successful working relationships with internal and external personnel in various departments. + Drive results in support of the business, even in the face of demanding timelines. + Understand and communicate how goals fit into broader organizational goals, and prioritize tasks/schedule accordingly. **What do you need:** **Degree in engineering** + Proven depth of work experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment + Very good knowledge of English and Polish + Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment + PMP or equivalent preferred Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
