Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager role is responsible for managing and coordinating all project efforts to ensure effective execution. Prepares financial work plans and serves as a primary client liaison.
Job Responsibilities
Create, direct, and oversee strategic plans for overall success throughout the project lifecycle. Establishes project scope, goals, deliverables, ensure QAQC protocols. Plan, track and schedule timelines and milestones. Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Supervise project team members and contractors and influence all to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews.Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in the field of engineering, or construction management required. 15+ years of experiencePreferred Education & Experience
Professional Engineer is a plusMarket-specific Certifications Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to develop relationships internally and externally. Positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant working as part of a multi-design discipline team. Familiarity with how projects go from beginning to completion.
