Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member. + Provide performance feedback to functional managers to support team development and accountability. + Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management plan, identifying and responding to project risks and opportunities. + Deliver clear and tailored project communications aligned with PMO processes and stakeholder expectations. + Manage project scope in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and control. + Define and monitor project budgets in partnership with cross-functional leaders to ensure financial targets are met. + Drive project execution to meet key milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. **What You Will Need** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree + Minimum 6 years of experience in engineering, project management, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline + Experience managing projects in new product development, orthopedics, and/or robotics + Experience in the medical device industry + Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification $100,500 - $215,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
