Senior Project Management Specialist – T-7A Pre-Operational Support

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a  Senior Project Management Specialist to support the T-7A Pre-Operational Support teams at Edwards AFB and Randolph AFB in San Antonio, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industryLeads studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiativesIdentifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business caseDevelops and establishes lead time requirementsFacilitates and ensures integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be best practice across the industryActs as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectivesDirects all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completionCoordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Experience in a role requiring project / program management skills5+ years’ experience in interacting with customers or suppliers regarding contract requirementsExperience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience3+ years’ experience in Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)Earned Value Management (EVM) and Control Accounting Management (CAM) experienceExperience interacting with US DOD Customers.Experience working in a cross-functional environment

Summary pay range: $107,950 - $146,050
