Make a difference as Senior Project Engineering Manager, Thailand
As Senior Project Engineering Manager, you will lead and develop Thailand’s project engineering team to deliver all capital projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will ensure execution to Ingredion’s global standards while providing strategic direction, technical leadership, and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact leadership role that directly supports Ingredion’s growth, operational excellence, and long-term competitiveness.

What you will do :

Provide strategic planning to align capital projects with business strategy and milestones

Oversee project management for all major capital projects, from budgeting and planning to execution and resource management

Deliver projects to Ingredion standards, providing technical expertise and consultation throughout the lifecycle

Establish and maintain Thailand engineering standards aligned with global corporate guidelines

Drive continuous improvement by benchmarking against best practices and implementing innovative solutions

Lead, coach, and develop project engineering team members to maximize their potential and performance

Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous learning across the team

What you will bring :

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Engineering

Minimum 15 years’ experience in engineering and project management within a multinational environment

Proven track record managing projects over USD 10MM, preferably in similar industries

Experience in both capital projects and line operations management

Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)

Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across multiple levels
