Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Project Managers in preparing quotes, cost estimates, and proposals.
- Review customer specifications and requirements for feasibility and compliance.
- Train Project Managers in job processing company procedures.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation using CAD.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Procurement) to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor project schedules, proactively identifying and resolving resource constraints for projects that are off target.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and effectively communicate progress and risks.
- Conduct final project reviews to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of related work experience, including managing complex, high-value projects.
- Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
