Senior Project Engineer – Climate Technology Solutions
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will bring strong expertise in both Machinery and Plant solutions, combined with a genuine passion for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
The CTS Engineering portfolio includes a diverse range of execution projects such as: Geothermal ORC units, emission abatement systems, high-temperature industrial heat pumps, hydrogen generation and marine propulsion systems, power generation for data centers, and complex turbomachinery packages for H₂, CO₂, syngas, and ammonia compression.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership for assigned projects, working closely with multiple engineering teams and coordinating all technical activities to ensure project delivery meets quality, cost, and schedule targets.
You will act as a key interface between customer needs and engineering execution, translating requirements into actionable plans and ensuring alignment across technical departments and suppliers. Your role will be critical in ensuring that designs are completed on time and to the highest standards.
You will also be responsible for managing technical aspects involving engineering partners, including subcontracting and construction activities when required.
Additionally, you may contribute to feasibility studies, basic and FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) studies for new energy initiatives, and support the development of complex proposals requiring multidisciplinary engineering input.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a BSc. or MSc. in Chemical, Mechanical, Energy or Nuclear Engineering.
Have very good experience in a technical role.
Have proven experience as Project Engineer, Engineering Discipline coordinator
Have experience in Oil&Gas / Energy / Heavy Industry applications both for machinery and plant solutions.
Have very good oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and leadership skills. Be fluent in English, written and verbally.
Knowledge of IET Products and solutions is advantageous
