Make a difference as a Senior Project Engineer (Automation / Control)
As a Senior Project Engineer (Automation/Control), you will be responsible for managing CAPEX projects with a focus on automation and control systems. You will support Thailand plant automation improvements and ensure alignment with global standards. Your leadership will help ensure that projects are safely delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in full compliance with engineering and safety regulations.

What you will do:

Create process design for improvements including mass/energy balances, utility requirements, and equipment selection

Lead automation and control system design in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external consultants

Develop project scopes and proposals aligned with business and operational goals

Prepare cost estimates and documentation for CAPEX approval

Plan and execute capital projects with strong control over time, scope, cost, and quality

Supervise safe installation and programming of control systems, including commissioning activities

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering (Automation / Control)

Proven project management experience in a plant or engineering design environment

Industry experience in food & beverage, chemical manufacturing, or engineering consulting

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple capital projects and plant permits

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
