Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced Asst Manager Electrical with a strong knowledge in Electrical Engineering, for high rise residential project.

About The Role

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).Strong MEP background, with emphasis on electrical & mechanical systems.Minimum of 7 -10 years of project experience including high rise building.Mandatory high rise building with Mivan shuttering experience (at last one projects).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget.Coordinate MEP, civil, landscape and associated works to ensure integrated project delivery.Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports and documentation.Oversee all MEP services, with particular focus on electrical.Review and validate technical designs, drawings, BOQs and specifications.Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.Working with multi-discipline functional members, including Civil, Mechanical engineer and Safety Manager.Ensure alignment, coordination, and communication across all disciplines.Working with the client and contractor and meet the project requirement.Conduct regular update meetings, resolve issues, and ensure client expectations are met.Drive transparency, professionalism, and proactive communication.
