Job Purpose
 

Deliver & execute the assigned project on time with good quality / cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

Complete Project task based on work orderResponsible for providing on-site Drives, PLC, Motion products programming, commissioning and troubleshooting as well as technical support on automation projects, involvement engineering and implementing field modernization.Responsible for supplying good paperwork of field service and engineering. Ensure all related documentation is well prepared.Deliver & execute the assigned projects on time with good quality/ cost effectiveness and customer satisfactionKeep improving self engineering capabilities and exchange best practice with other team members to improve team’s capabilitiesSupport Project Manager on technical issues, such as WBS developmentWork closely with Project Manager to guarantee customer acceptanceEnsure 100% meet technical items defined in sales proposal in project deliveryEnsure project implementation follows the procedure of GEC standardMaximize reusable standard product and engineering in project delivery

KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Job related competencies
 

Intermediate level of expertise in Integrated Architecture, Standard Drives, Intelligent Motor Control, Safety Product, MES / Information Systems, Component Industry Control, Networks, SSB Solutions, and a basic understanding of Motion Control, Medium Voltage Product and Drive System.Intermediate level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, Application Knowledge, Training Skills, and basic understanding of Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Skill, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety).Fluent English language

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelors in Automation or similar.Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences, preferred DCS experiences
