We’re looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our Thailand team.

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for coordination of project plans, contractual arrangements, schedules, activities, and milestones in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by Worley.
To succeed in this role, strong leadership capabilities, comprehensive engineering expertise, and the ability to manage teams effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient project delivery are essential.

*What you’ll do
We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Rayong Office, Thailand
The role responsibilities include\:
· Ensures project schedules and resource plans are developed and utilized in managing the project tasks.
· Manages execution, coordination, and implements regular reviews/controls to track project progress.
· Ascertains that engineering work is done according to plan by helping with design interpretation.
· Reviews bill of materials/project schedules/forecasts for accuracy.
· Manages and nurtures customer and stakeholder relationship based on established expectation and communication protocols.
· Identifies potential risks or new risks as the project progresses and effectively develops risk mitigation, contingency and resolution plans.
What you’ll have
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
· Over 12 years of engineering experience, with a strong background in project management.
· Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
· Given the necessity of interacting with Thai-speaking clients, Thai language is essential.
