Senior Project Engineer
Location: Doha (with potential travel to onshore/offshore sites)

Role Overview
The Senior Project Engineer is a senior level role that is responsible for delivering a portfolio of small to medium-sized brownfield projects. The role demands strong leadership in project execution, safety compliance, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Safety Lead the execution of brownfield projects following company standards and project maturation processes. Promote and maintain an Incident-Free (IF) environment and strong safety culture. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures. Planning & Budgeting Develop project execution strategies and plans. Prepare and manage project budgets (PAR/ROFO) and maintain cost/schedule estimates. Review and approve contractor cost, time, and resource estimates. Execution & Reporting Oversee project progress, cost reporting, and forecasting. Ensure quality, risk, and interface management deliverables are met. Conduct reviews such as HAZOP, HAZID, constructability, and design assessments. Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with internal departments (E&C, FOP, C&P) to align project objectives. Deliver complete project dossiers for offshore activities. Support procurement activities and contract strategy development. Leadership & Mentorship Act as deputy to the Lead, Brownfield Projects. Mentor and guide junior engineers. Ensure lessons learned are documented and communicated. Other Duties Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Work Environment Based in Doha office. Standard working hours: 5 days/week. May require travel to onshore/offshore project sites, both domestic and international. Interfaces with multiple entities within a complex brownfield offshore environment.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university. Professional certification in project management or engineering. Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil & gas facility design, construction, project management, or operations. Strong knowledge of industry best practices in project management.
