Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Work model: Onsite
Making detailed analyzer system (house, shelter, cabinet, and rack) design for the projects in compliance with application project technical specifications, codes, and international standards related to analyzer systems.Covering the design scope including and not limited to project technical specification review:Carrying out Analyzer datasheet review, correction and calculation (Utility, Power, Heating Load, Sampling, Pump hydraulic, Probe, Phase Cal). Creating detail project drawings (Sample System, Probe, Layout, Foundation, Power Distribution, Wiring, Fire & Gas Control, System PLC control, Network Topology, Network system cabinet).Initiating equipment technical specification (Structure, HVAC, PDB, SJB, Control Panel, Pump, Vessel, Cable) and completing technical release of selected materials and consolidate project bill of materialSupporting client HAZOP team to generate HAZOP study and completing spare part list per project requirement.Qualifications for the Role
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, automation engineering or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of working experience in the engineering field with a proven track record of international analyzer system projectsProficiency in verbal and written EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office tools in Words, Excel and PowerpointSkill in AutoCAD and Solidworks is an advantageAbility to work in a systematic and structured manner to ensure tasks are performed efficiently.Holds solid technical knowledge in the design of sample conditioning systems, analyzer technology, E&I, automation, and network system.What’s in it for you?
