Job DescriptionAssist with region-specific must-win pursuits and manage complex compliance requirementsAssist in the Go /No Go and green light analysis/readiness to bid assessment in partnership with capture/bid managers; update CRM data as needed to maintain accuracySalesforce update as neededContribute to the pre-RFP proposal.Build positive relationships and support team formations in pursuitsContribute, write, and edit key draft proposal content such as executive summaries or cover lettersHelp develop a content plan for the proposal or provide templates to the writing team with specific requirements/compliance or messaging guidanceThoroughly review and analyze tender documents, including specifications, drawings, and client requirements, to understand the scope of work and technical requirements. Facilitate and organize content for milestone and color reviews, manage recovery and implementation of comments, and finalization of documents and compliance Identify ambiguities or missing information in the tender documents and seek clarifications from the client to ensure a clear understanding of the projectCalculate labor costs, including the required manpower, working hours, and overheadsSupport edit layout in Word, InDesign, or other programs, follow branded templates and coordinate final productionConduct client or industry research as neededServe as a champion for specific client/portfolio or sector of the business line and contribute to new content.Coordinate with subcontractors to gather data required and provide technical guidanceParticipate at pre-bid meetings with the bid or capture manager to build knowledge or external relationshipsApply technical knowledge and work with senior members of the team in managing complex pursuits and developing process improvement initiativesCoordinate critical and unique issues, help identify risks, and propose ways to prevent the occurrence of similar problems and concernsSupport key improvement projects and provide guidance and technical expertise to junior members of the teamCompile all necessary documents, including technical proposals, cost estimates, and compliance matrices, into a comprehensive bid packageQualifications
Candidate must be open to hybrid setupBachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred but not required. Candidates must have an equivalent combination of experience and education5+ years of proposal tendering process, experience, preferably within a professional services firm in a similar industryAdvanced proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.Skills in graphic design or experience in using InDesign would be highly regardedAdditional Information
