JOB SUMMARY:

This is a Senior Program Analyst position in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program Human Resources and Region Administration Process, reporting to the Process Manager. This is a highly responsible position that will serve as team lead, manage the process operational plan, and coordinate projects and activities. Duties also include Business Process Owner activities for assigned processes by providing independent and complex consultative functions and recommending methods of implementing changes and improving the process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program                         Two years of experience analyzing performance measures, process functions, or operational plans          Two years of experience monitoring data and workflows and making recommendations for process improvements                                                                         Two years of experience leading teams, coordinating projects with deadlines                                                         One year of experience providing guidance and direction on procedures

PREFERENCES:

Two years of experience using effective communication through a variety of methods                   One year of experience teaching, instructing or coaching others.                                                                    One year of experience writing proposals for process changes

SPECIAL NOTES:

There is no skills verification test, however there may be a work sample exercise immediately following the interview. Candidates will be provided the details when they are invited for an interview. This position may be based at any Child Support Program Office statewide.

SALARY: $57,457.56 -$117,715.44
