Senior Project Administrator - Neerabup

UGL’s Utilities business designs, constructs, and maintains essential infrastructure across the power and water sectors. We’re currently delivering a major Western Power project in Neerabup and are seeking a proactive and organised Project Administrator to join our site team.

This is a full-time permanent role working 55 hours per week (10 hrs Mon–Fri 5 hrs Sat as required), offering an attractive salary with a 15% uplift on base.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things admin on site contributing to the smooth running of daily operations. You’ll support the project team with:

SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, goods receipting, journals and queries

Managing training matrix and booking inductions/training

Receipting invoices and coordinating deliveries

Taking meeting minutes and preparing reports (daily, weekly, monthly)

Organising site events (yes, including BBQs)

Managing subcontractor site access

General office support and documentation management

About You

You’re a confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced site environment. You bring:

Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with SAP (highly regarded)

Excellent communication and coordination skills

A proactive, can-do attitude and team spirit

Previous experience in a similar site-based admin role
