Wood is recruiting for a Senior Project Assistant to join its Projects – Process and Chemical Team, focusing on engineering, procurement and construction of complex plants in the Chemical, Petrochemical and Energy industries. The position will be based in Antwerp. 

The Role

You will be part of the General Administration Team and your main task will be to manage and confirm adherence to the company policies and procedures used to manage the office infrastructure and resources, and to assign and monitor administrative responsibilities and tasks to ensure maximum efficiency to support our projects.
