Location: San Francisco, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $75 - 85 per hourWe're looking for a Senior Programs Operations Manager to join our Global Events Partnerships team, a key part of the Partnerships and Business Development organization. This is a critical role where you'll be the operational engine supporting our partnership leads on the management and activation of high-profile event initiatives.Responsibilities:The Senior Programs Operations Manager role is responsible for supporting the partnership leads on the management and activation of select event partnerships. This role will lead the development of program plans, design specific partnership operating systems, deliver the tracking and reporting for event partnerships, and support strategic initiatives, such as scaling booking integrations with event partners. As event partnerships and pilot programs mature, this role will build out operations and processes to help the team deliver more with less.A Typical Day Own and champion a strong operational mindset across all Global Events. Own and develop the overall operating system for select partnerships, including the creation of plans, schedules, budgets, logistics (including on-location), resources, and asset management. Drive consistency and accountability with cross-functional leads to deliver a series of playbooks, guidelines, and a roadmap for templatable/scalable assets. This involves the detailed development of operational elements with cross-functional (XFN) leads. Maintain timelines and deadlines associated with this development, updating at least quarterly based on the latest findings and results. Provide global training as needed. Own delivery of all leadership and cross-functional reporting. Communicate findings and key metrics to leadership and influence teams to act on these findings to consistently achieve OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience managing moderate to large-sized projects/programs from initiation to launch within complex operating environments. Strong knowledge of program/portfolio management tools (e.g., Atlassian Suite, Asana). Demonstrated track record working on ambiguous and unpredictable programs and creating structure and consistency.
