Commercial Banking – CMB Chief Operating Officer’s Office

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Programme Manager.

Principal responsibilities

Lead a team of Project Managers/ Assistant Project Managers to provide project management and consultancy services on project/ system implementation, workflow design, and process re-engineering in Commercial Banking business

Act as the Programme Lead of Commercial Banking projects in Hong Kong and other markets in Asia.

Evaluate current processes from front-to-back to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for simplification, ensuring streamlined operations and enhanced productivity.

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for simplification initiatives, incorporating dimensions such as process, policy, people, and technology reinforcement to drive effective change.

Collaborate closely with various teams and functions to ensure the successful execution of initiatives, fostering a cooperative environment and achieving shared goals.

Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives Key Results (OKRs) as appropriate to measure the success of initiatives, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

Keep abreast on latest technology/ best practices in banking industry and cross-border opportunities and deliver changes to current processes with efficiency and cost improvement

Foster a highly engaged team for the delivery of projects that meet/ exceed business targets
