Senior Program Ops Manager - AI Product and Process Transformation, Amazon Global Selling - PMO
Amazon Global Selling (AGS) has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon's 18 overseas stores, and supporting local sellers' success and growth on Amazon. The Role

The Central Product & Program Management Office (PMO) collaborates with AGS business teams and many of Amazon's global teams to empower high-growth global selling, continuously uncover new opportunities, and spearhead new initiatives to drive seller growth and success. As AI becomes increasingly central to our seller experience strategy, we are building and scaling AI-powered products to transform how sellers interact with Amazon. We are looking for a talented, highly-organized, and self-motivated program operations manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of high-impact AI product initiatives. The program operations manager will play a critical role in formulating and implementing operational processes to support new AI product/program launches, reviewing existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline, and rolling out new tools to increase productivity and scale automation. This role requires working closely with product managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of AI solutions to sellers across multiple marketplaces and internal teams across multiple markets.

Key job responsibilities
* Lead high-visibility, complex programs for AI product launches and scaling that span multiple business units and geographies
* Define program objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders to pilot/scale new AI-driven business initiatives to sellers and internal teams
* Develop and manage operational plans for AI product rollouts, coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data science, UX, business intelligence) to ensure successful execution of program initiatives
* Analyze and solve operational barriers affecting AI product delivery, with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency
* Monitor progress and performance metrics for AI products, gather seller and internal customer feedback, and derive insights to renovate existing processes or promptly implement enhancements to optimize AI product adoption and impact
* Lead AI fluency and awareness programs across the organization to equip internal employees with AI knowledge and drive adoption of AI tools. Design and execute various engagement activities including training sessions, workshops, contests, and hands-on demonstrations to build AI capabilities and foster an AI-forward culture within AGS teams
* Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve conflicts at senior levels of the organization, maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders to provide regular updates on AI program status, milestones, and business impact
* Manage change management and stakeholder communications for AI product launches, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption across seller segments and internal teams
